ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. During collection launches, periods of high demand, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.
DELIVERY
Once dispatched, orders within India generally arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the delivery service available.
For certain locations serviced through India Post, delivery may take approximately 3–15 working days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes and may vary due to courier operations, weather, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided so you can follow its journey to your door. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping and packaging are included in the displayed product price. No additional standard shipping charges will be added at checkout.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order. Delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be outside our control.
CASH ON DELIVERY
COD is available on eligible orders for added convenience.
To confirm a COD order, a 33% advance payment of the total order value is required. The remaining 67% is payable upon delivery.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an automated WhatsApp message or SMS requesting confirmation. Your order will be processed once the advance payment and confirmation have been received.
To maintain a reliable delivery experience, COD may not be available for customers with previous Return-to-Origin (RTO), refused, or repeatedly undelivered orders.
COD availability may also vary depending on the delivery location and order eligibility.
